Equipment Rental Request

As a Sound Wave Events employee, you have special access to equipment check out and use for small personal events.

Equipment Practice

• If you would like to refine your skills on the DJ mixer, you can come by the office day or night and practice on the board we have set up in the showroom! 
• During busy times, equipment may not be available (and if it is, most likely will need to be returned by Thursday or Friday of the week, at the latest)

Family & Friend Discount

You may not check out gear at the employee rate for family and friend's events. But! We do have discount options available - contact the Event Staff Manager to discuss ☺

Personal Event Equipment Use

• If you have a personal event happening and you would like to rent some equipment, you can do that for a $20 check out charge
• This is valid for small personal events only (up to 2 per year) that you are not getting paid to do
• This is not available for family weddings or events where someone should be hiring Sound Wave (these events should be referred to the office to go through the standard inquiry process)
• Equipment should be picked up the day of the event and returned the following day

Equipment Rental Request Form:

By completing this form, you assume all responsibility for and liability of the use of the equipment.  You will ensure that the equipment is returned in its entirety and in full working condition.  Any damage or loss shall be the responsibility of the employee to replace or pay for.  It is further understood that if an event is booked that requires the use of this equipment, the employee must return the equipment for the event ($20 will be reimbursed) or pay full rental price to use the equipment.
