Client Coordinator Application
Seeking a caring and nurturing individual to work in office and oversee the client experience for our wedding and event company.

We are hiring a hands-on, client focused individual to manage client accounts. The ideal person will walk our potential client through our soft sales process. This includes nurturing and providing pricing to leads, building relationships with our event staff, meeting with potential clients, completing contract and deposit requirements for clients, setting up client meetings, helping with the planning process, and tracking sales.

- Ability to work with loud music and frequent laughter
- Ideas for office pranks that make you laugh just thinking about them
- Knows proper pronunciation of 'GIF'
- Dance moves that embarrass you enough to do them anyway
- 1-3 years office experience
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Very detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Kind and nurturing personality
- Strong computer skills (CRM software, Microsoft office, typing, etc)
- Enjoys working at the computer (75% of job)
- Eager to work face to face with clients (25% of job)
- Ability to think big picture to create improved systems and job performance
- Can stay on task with distractions
- Positive attitude
- Relatability to clients age 20-30
