Love staying active, working with your hands, and helping throw unforgettable events? Join Sound Wave Events and play a key role in building stunning wedding and event setups — think glowing dance floors, architectural lighting, sleek draping, and structures that wow.
We’re not florists or decorators (though we work with 'em; we love 'em). We’re the crew that creates the atmosphere and sets the (literal) stage — and we’re looking for reliable, fun-loving Event Set Up Assistants to join our weekend team.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of a hands-on crew setting up (and tearing down) event elements like:

• Custom dance floors
• Creative lighting and uplighting
• Draping and trussing
• Structural installs and design elements

This is an active, physical job. You’ll be lifting floor panels, climbing ladders, hanging lights, and transforming ordinary venues into jaw-dropping event spaces. Shifts typically happen Fridays and Saturdays, with occasional Sundays — and we offer flexibility around your availability. One thing you won't be? Stuck behind a desk.

​We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is 18+ years old
• Can lift up to 75 lbs with ease
• Has a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Is dependable, responsible, and honest
• Can work at least 2 weekends a month
• Is comfortable with late-night and off-hour shifts
• Loves details and takes pride in quality work
• Enjoys being part of a team and is eager to learn
• Appreciates a solid pun now and then (it's kind of our thing)
