Mileage Reimbursement
Mileage reimbursement is available when Sound Wave Events require you to take your vehicle to an event (instead of using a company vehicle). It is not available if you chose to drive your own vehicle to an event.
Mileage should be calculated from the Sound Wave office to the venue and from the venue back to the Sound Wave office. Do not calculate mileage from your home or other job.
If so, fill out the form below for reimbursement. Upon receipt and approval of your request, reimbursement will be sent to your Venmo account.
